Yes, it does. If there are 3 or more total Digimon between you and your opponent, you further reduce this DP-reducing effect by 3000.
Q2: What does "it further gets -3000 DP" in this card's On Play When Digivolving effect mean, exactly?
If the conditions are met, the -3000 DP effect will further get -3000 DP for a total reduction of -6000 DP for 1 of your opponent's Digimon.
Q3: What does "when ... would leave the battle area" in this card's All Turns inherited effect mean, exactly?
