The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
Q2: My opponent has a Digimon with 10000 DP or less. Can I meet the "if this effect didn't delete" condition in this card's When Digivolving End of Attack effect by not choosing a card to delete?
No, you can't. If your opponent has a Digimon with 10000 DP or less, you must choose that card and delete it.

It refers to when the memory gauge is at 0 or further to the right.
Q5: What does "isn't affected by ... effects" mean, exactly?
This effect prevents Digimon from being affected by effects. For example, your Digmon won't suspend if it's chosen for a "suspend 1 of your opponent's Digimon" effect, and its DP won't be reduced if it's chosen for a "1 of your opponent's Digimon gets -3000 DP" effect.
Q6: Can a card that has an "isn't affected by ... effects" effect be chosen for an effect?
Yes, it can be chosen.
Q7: Can a card that has an "isn't affected by ... effects" effect be given an effect?
Yes, it can. However, it won't be affected by it.
Q10: A card that has an "isn't affected by ... effects" effect was given an effect that triggers at a timing such as When Attacking. Will the effect trigger if that card later meets the trigger conditions?
No, it doesn’t trigger. If an effect is given to a Digimon that isn't affected by effects, it won't trigger.
