Yes, it triggers.
Q2: Does this card's Your Turn effect trigger when a card digivolves into this card itself?
Yes, it triggers.
Q3: This card attacks, and I use its When Attacking effect to play an NSo trait Digimon. If I then use this card's Your Turn effect to DNA digivolve using 2 of my Digimon, can I use that Digimon to attack?
No, it can't attack. A new attack declaration can't be made during an attack.
Q4: I used this card's Your Turn effect to DNA digivolve, then I attacked using that Digimon. At such times, in what order can I activate that Digimon's When Digivolving effect and When Attacking effect?
The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
