Q1: What position on the memory gauge does "if your opponent has 5 or more memory" refer to?
It refers to when the memory gauge is at 5 or further to the right on your opponent's side.
Q2: I played a Digimon with the Titan trait, and my opponent now has 5 memory. I activated the On Play effect on the played Digimon, deleted my opponent's Digimon ACE, and Overflow caused my opponent's memory to become 1. Can I then activate this card's Delay effect and play a Digimon card?
You can use Delay to trash this card, but you can't play a Digimon because your opponent doesn't have 5 or more memory.
