Q1: What order do a Security effect, "when ... performs a security check" effect, and "when a card is removed from ... security stack" effect activate when they trigger simultaneously upon a security check?
Security effects take precedence for activation. Upon a security check, a Security effect will immediately activate without pending activation. For other triggered effects, the turn player activates their effects first.
Q2: What does a "your opponent can't play XX by effects" effect do, exactly?
Such effects prevent your opponent from playing XX by effects. With this card's effect, your opponent can no longer play Digimon or Tamers by effects such as BT10-018 Gaossmon's On Deletion effect or BT9-099 Sunrise Buster's Main effect. This effect affects the opponent player.
Q3: I activate a "your opponent can't play XX by effects" effect, and in the same turn, my opponent activates an effect that reveals cards and plays a specified card from their deck. Is the card revealed from the deck but not played?
Yes. Your opponent reveals cards, but then doesn't play the specified card.
Q4: Can an opponent's Digimon be played if I activate a "your opponent can't play Digimon by effects" effect, and in the same turn, I activate an effect such as EX5-060 Dragomon's On Play When Digivolving effect that plays an opponent's Digimon card?
Yes, it can be played. "Your opponent can't play Digimon by effects" is an effect that prevents your opponent from playing Digimon by effects. Your effects can still play an opponent's Digimon.
Q5: Can my Digimon be played if I activate a "your opponent can't play Digimon by effects" effect, and in the same turn, my opponent activates an effect such as EX5-060 Dragomon's On Play When Digivolving effect that plays an opponent's Digimon card?
No, it can't be played. "Your opponent can't play Digimon by effects" is an effect that prevents your opponent from playing Digimon by effects. Your Digimon can't be played by an opponent's effect.
Q6: If I activate this card's When Digivolving effect, can my opponent use an effect to play a Digimon or Tamer into their breeding area?
