No, you can't play a WarGrowlmon Token. When a card has "ACE" written in its name, "ACE" isn't included in the card name.
Q3: Can I choose 1 of the played tokens for the part of this card's Main effect after "then," give Alliance to that Digimon twice, and attack with it?
No, you can't. The tokens played by this card's Main effect don't have a level. You can only choose your level 5 Digimon for the part of this card's Main effect after "then," therefore you can't choose these tokens.
