Q1: I have a suspended Shoutmon EX6 and an unsuspended ShootingStarmon. If I choose the 2nd effect for this card's Main effect, can I just unsuspend Shoutmon EX6 and attack with 1 of my Digimon?
No, you can't. A "by doing X" condition can't be met if only some of the required actions are performed. The conditions for this card's Main effect require you to suspend both 1 of your Shoutmon EX6 and 1 of your ShootingStarmon.
