Q2: Can the condition for the Hand Main effect of this card be to put only one of either Beetlemon or MetalKabuterimon from my trash under Tamer?
No, you cannot. The conditions of the thing cannot be performed only in part of its contents. For the conditions of this Hand Main effect, both a Beetlemon and a MetalKabuterimon must be placed under the tamer.
