Q1: Can I use this card's inherited effect to Draw 1 twice if 2 of my Digimon are played from digivolution cards at the same time?
No, you can't. You can play multiple Digimon from digivolution cards, but they are played at the same time during a single timing, therefore you can only Draw 1 once.
