Q1: My Digimon attacks and digivolves into this card by an effect during the attack. Can I use this card's When Digivolving effect to attack again?
No, you can't. An attack declaration can't be made during an attack.
Q2: This card is in the battle area, and it has X Antibody in its digivolution cards. My opponent's Digimon with 4000 DP or less and a When Attacking effect attacks, and now it's suspended. At such times, this card's All Turns effect causes that Digimon's DP to become 0. Which is processed first, the deletion by a rule check or that Digimon's When Attacking effect?
The deletion by a rule check is processed first. As soon as your opponent's Digimon attacks and suspends, that Digimon's When Attacking effect triggers, but the rule check occurs before it activates. The Digimon with 0 DP will be deleted upon the rule check before the When Attacking effect can activate.
