Q2: If I use this card's On Play When Digivolving When Attacking effect to use an Option card from under a Tamer, what happens to that Option card?
As with the standard rules, a used Option card is temporarily treated as not being in any area. After using it and activating the Option card's Main effect, the card is trashed unless it's to be placed in an area.
Q4: ST22-04 Taomon with ST22-01 Viximon in digivolution cards attacks, and I use ST22-04 Taomon's When Attacking effect to use an Option card. If I use ST22-01 Viximon's inherited effect to digivolve this card at such times, can I activate this card's Alliance?
No, you can't activate it. Alliance is an effect that triggers upon an attack. In this case, ST22-04 Taomon attacks in its current state where this card's Alliance hasn't triggered, therefore it can't activate.
