Q1: Do I delete the Digimon that was played by this card's On Deletion effect at the end of my turn? And if the Digimon that was played by the On Play effect was prevented from being deleted at the end of the turn, is it still prevented from digivolving?
Yes, it's deleted upon the deletion timing. If another effect prevents the Digimon played by the On Play effect from being deleted by this effect, it's still prevented from digivolving.
Q2: What is the processing order for an effect that triggers at the end of the turn and the deletion of a Digimon played by this card's On Play or On Deletion effect?
The pending processing for the effect that triggers at the end of the turn and the deletion at the end of the turn are considered to be processing that triggers simultaneously. Therefore, the turn player can choose the processing order.
