Yes, it reduces the cost by 2. This effect further reduces the cost by 1 for each Negamon in your trash or your Digimon's digivolution cards.
Q2: What does this card's {Breeding} All Turns effect do, exactly?
When this card is in the breeding area during either player's turn, it can't digivolve and effects can't delete or trash it.
Q3: What does a card with "X in its text" refer to?
