Q1: Can I process the part of the effect after "after" in this card's Your Turn effect without meeting the "by" condition?
No, you can't. If you don't suspend this card, you can't process the part after "after" in this card's Your Turn effect.
Q2: If a Digimon such as BT5-021 Syakomon with a "players can't reduce play costs" effect is in the battle area, can I activate this card's Your Turn effect and digivolve 1 of my Digimon into a specified card?
You can activate the effect and digivolve, but its cost won't be reduced.
Q3: There are two copies of this card in the battle area. Can I activate both of their Your Turn effects and digivolve one specified card with its cost reduced by the combined amount from both effects?
No, you can't. You can't simultaneously activate multiple effects that digivolve a card.
