Q1: Can I resolve the portion of the effect following "After" in this card's When Digivolving When Attacking effect even if I don't fulfill the "by doing X" condition?
No, you can't. You can only resolve the portion following "After" in this card's When Digivolving When Attacking effect if you trash the top card of your security stack or trash the bottom face-down card from under any of your Tamers.
Q2: What does "When Digivolving effects don't activate" mean, exactly?
This effect prevents When Digivolving effects on cards from activating. When Digivolving effects can no longer be activated by triggering or by effects such as "activate that card's When Digivolving effect."
Q3: I used a card affected by "can't activate When Digivolving effects" to attack. Can I activate that card's When Digivolving When Attacking effect at such times?
Yes, you can. The effect can activate if it activates upon the When Attacking timing.
