Q1: What exactly does a "can't (perform XX on) stacked cards" effect mean?
This means that the effect prevents processing of "(perform XX on) stacked cards." For example, a "can't trash stacked cards" effect prevents trashing the top stacked cards by De-Digivolve (which trashes the top stacked cards) or similar effects, and it prevents trashing the bottom stacked cards by "trash a digivolution card" or similar effects. However, because the effect only prevents processing "(perform XX on) stacked cards," XX is still permitted to be performed on the Digimon itself, for instance by effects that tell you to "perform XX" on the Digimon.
Q2: This card has multiple effects that trigger when it's played or when it digivolves. In what order can they be activated?
The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
Q3: What does orientation mean?
It refers to the suspended or unsuspended state of a card.
Q5: This Digimon has EX13-022 AeroVeedramon as a digivolution card. This Digimon is suspended after receiving a DP reduction, and its DP becomes 0. At this time, can I unsuspend it with EX13-022 AeroVeedramon's inherited effect before it is deleted for having 0 DP?
No. Before triggered effects can activate, a rule check occurs during which all Digimon with 0 DP are deleted.
