Q1: When a Digimon with Dracomon or Examon in its text is played, this card's Your Turn effect and that Digimon's On Play effect trigger simultaneously. This card's Your Turn effect is activated first to digivolve this card. At this time, in what order do I activate the digivolved card's When Digivolving effect and the played card's On Play effect?
The When Digivolving effect is activated first. When your Digimon was played, the On Play effect and the Your Turn effect triggered simultaneously. Activating this card's Your Turn effect to digivolve the Digimon caused its When Digivolving effect to newly trigger, so it is activated first according to the derived triggering rule.
Q2: What kind of card does "a card with X in its text" refer to?
It refers to a card that contains the specified text or icon in its name, traits, effects, inherited effects, (Rule), digivolve requirements, DNA Digivolve, DigiXros requirements, Burst Digivolve, App Fusion, Link, or Assembly requirements. For example, "a card with Knightmon in its text" would include cards with the name DarkKnightmon and cards with the text Knightmon in their effects.
