Q1: Can I process the part of the effect after "after" in this card's Main effect without meeting the "by" condition?
No, you can't. If you don't trash 1 TB trait card, you can't use the part after "after" in this card's Main effect to place this card in the battle area.
Q2: In what order can this card's All Turns effect, Evade, and <Decode> activate?
The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order. Once this card's All Turns effect, Evade, and <Decode> are resolved, if both of the 2 played Digimon have On Play effects, they will trigger simultaneously.
Q3: When a TB trait level 5 or higher Digimon that has an On Deletion effect would be deleted, I activated this card's All Turns effect and played a Digimon that has an On Play effect. At such times, in what order can the deleted Digimon's On Deletion effect and the played Digimon's On Play effect activate?
The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
