Q1: If text reads "XX with AA or BB," do both AA and BB have to be on XX?
Yes, both have to be on XX. For example, if text reads "level 4 or lower Digimon card with the CS trait or is yellow or black," it refers to a level 4 or lower Digimon card that has the CS trait or a level 4 or lower Digimon card that is yellow or black.
Q2: Does this card's All Turns effect also trigger when this card itself is played or when one of my Digimon in the battle area would digivolve into this card?
Yes, it triggers.
Q3: Multiple effects trigger when this card is played. In what order do they activate?
The effects trigger simultaneously, so the player can choose the activation order.
Q4: I activated <Decode> to play a Digimon when this card's DP became 0 and it would be deleted, then I activated Evade, and it was prevented from being deleted. If this card's DP is still 0 after that and it would be deleted, can I activate <Decode> again?
Yes, you can. When this card's DP becomes 0 and it would be deleted by a rule check, its Evade and <Decode> will trigger simultaneously. You can activate <Decode>, play a Digimon, activate Evade, prevent the deletion, then activate this card's <Decode> again when it would be deleted by the next rule check. If the played Digimon has On Play effects, once all processing has been resolved for the rule checks, those On Play effects will trigger simultaneously.
Q5: When this card would be deleted, can I first activate Evade to prevent the deletion, then activate <Decode> to play a card from digivolution cards?
Yes, you can.
Q6: What does "When Digivolving effects don't activate" mean, exactly?
This effect prevents When Digivolving effects on cards from activating. When Digivolving effects can no longer activate by triggering or when effects such as "activate that card's When Digivolving" effect" activate.
Q7: I used a card affected by "can't activate When Digivolving effects" to attack. Can I activate that card's When Digivolving When Attacking effect at such times?
Yes, you can. The effect can activate if it activates upon the When Attacking timing.
Q8: If a card is affected by "can't activate When Digivolving effects," can other effects activate its When Digivolving effect?
No, it can't be activated.
Q9: If a card is affected by "can't activate When Digivolving effects," can I process just the "by" condition in its When Digivolving effect?
No, you can't.
Q10: A card that was given "can't activate When Digivolving effects" digivolved into a card that has a When Digivolving When Attacking Once Per Turn effect. Does that count as an instance of that effect's X Per Turn even if that effect can't be activated upon the timing when that card digivolved?
No, it doesn't count. The effect can't activate upon the When Digivolving timing, therefore it doesn't count as an instance of that effect's X Per Turn.
