No. You can’t ignore the digivolution requirements, so you can’t DNA digivolve into a Digimon card that doesn’t have DNA Digivolve.

It refers to any Digimon that is not the ME trait Digimon leaving the battle area. This card's inherited effect triggers when any of your ME trait Digimon would leave the battle area. When activated, one ME trait Digimon that would leave the battle area and one of your other Digimon DNA Digivolve.

No, it doesn't leave the battle area. DNA digivolution digivolves it into a new Digimon that is different from the one that would leave the battle area.
