Q1: If I activate this card's All Turns effect when multiples of my Bagra Army trait Digimon would leave the battle area at the same time by effects, are all of those Digimon prevented from leaving?
Yes, all of those Digimon are prevented from leaving. This card's All Turns effect affects all Digimon without having to choose them.
Q2: Can I trash just 1 digivolution card for the conditions of this card's All Turns effect?
No, you can't. A "by" condition can't be met if only some of the required actions are performed. The conditions for this All Turns effect require you to trash the specified number of digivolution cards.
Q3: If I choose this card itself for its On Play When Digivolving effect, can I activate its All Turns effect when my opponent's Digimon and this card itself would be deleted?
Yes, it can be activated.
