Q1: What does this card's All Turns effect do, exactly?
This effect triggers and can be activated when a Digimon specified by it leaves the battle area under the specified conditions. When activated, all Digimon matching its trigger conditions are prevented from leaving.
Q2: Can I trash just 1 digivolution card for the conditions of this card's All Turns effect?
No, you can't. A "by" condition can't be met if only some of the required actions are performed. The conditions for this All Turns effect require you to trash the specified number of digivolution cards.
Q3: If I choose this card itself for its On Play When Digivolving effect, can I activate its All Turns effect when my opponent's Digimon and this card itself would be deleted?
Yes, it can be activated.
