Q1: Can I link a card without Link with a "you may link" effect?
No, you can't.
Q2: If I used this card's Your Turn effect to play or use a card revealed from the deck, when do I return the rest of the cards to the deck?
If you played the card, the remaining cards are returned to the deck after it's played to the battle area. Then you can activate any effects that triggered from it entering play. If you used a card, the cards are returned to the deck after the used card's Main effect has been resolved and the card has been trashed.
Q3: What happens when I activate this card's Your Turn effect and use a BT26-102 Seven Code PAD that was revealed from the deck?
Place the specified cards from your battle area, link cards or trash under a specified Digimon with the used BT26-102 Seven Code PAD's Main effect and digivolve that Digimon into Dantemon. Then, perform a digivolution bonus draw from the unrevealed deck. Afterwards, trash BT26-102 Seven Code PAD and perform the "return the remaining cards to the deck" action.
Q4: A Seven Code trait card gets linked to this card, and this card's Your Turn effect and the linked card's When Linking effect trigger simultaneously. If I activate this card's Your Turn effect first and use BT26-102 Seven Code PAD's Main effect, can I activate the When Linking effect on the card linked to this card after placing it as a digivolution card.
