Q1: When performing a security check, if a Security effect, a "when this Digimon checks an opponent's security" effect, and a "when a security stack is removed from" effect trigger simultaneously, what order do they activate in?
The Security effect is activated first. When a Security effect is checked, it is activated immediately without waiting. Activate the other triggered effects in order, starting with the turn player's effects.
Q2: What does a "can't trash stacked cards" effect do, exactly?
This means that the effect prevents "perform XX on stacked cards" processing. For example, a "can't trash stacked cards" effect prevents trashing stacked cards from the top by De-Digivolve (which trashes the top stacked cards) or similar effects, and prevents trashing stacked cards from the bottom by "trash the bottom digivolution cards" or similar effects. However, because the effect only prevents processing that "performs XX on stacked cards", you can perform XX with processing that applies the action to a Digimon itself.
Q3: If a Digimon has been given the "can't return any of its stacked cards to hands or decks" effect with this card's On Play When Digivolving effect, can that Digimon be returned with effects such as "Return Digimon to the hand" or "Return Digimon to the deck"?
