Q1: Does this card's inherited effect allow me to trash just 1 specified card?
No. A "by" condition can't be met if only some of the required actions are performed. The conditions for this inherited effect require you to trash two specified cards.
Q2: I attacked with a Digimon that has this card as a digivolution card and attempted to play a card with DigiXros with this card's inherited effect. At such times, if I place the attacking Digimon underneath the played card with its DigiXros effect, what happens to the attack?
Since the attacking Digimon is removed, the attack doesn't succeed.
Q3: Using this card's inherited effect, I trash a digivolution card with the effect "when effects trash this card from digivolution cards" and try to play a card with DigiXros. At such times, if I activate EX10-064 Yuu Amano & Nene Amano's effect and place the trashed card under the card with DigiXros, can I activate the trashed card's "when effects trash this card from digivolution cards" effect?
No, you can't activate it. When a card with an effect that's pending activation leaves its current area while activation is pending, the effect can no longer be activated. In this case, the trashed card's "when effects trash this card from digivolution cards" effect triggers when you use the effect to trash it from digivolution cards, however, it's removed from the trash before the effect can activate.
