Q1: Does this card's All Turns effect also trigger when this card itself is played or when one of my Digimon in the battle area would digivolve into this card?
Yes, it triggers.
Q2: This card's On Play When Digivolving effect and All Turns effect triggered simultaneously when this card was played or when my Digimon digivolved into this card. If I first activate the All Turns effect at such times, can I DNA digivolve into GraceNovamon and then activate this card's On Play When Digivolving effect?
No, you can't.
Q3: If an opponent's Digimon with 1 or fewer digivolution cards enters the battle area after this card's On Play When Digivolving effect activates, can that Digimon suspend?
No, it can't. This card's effect targets all of their Digimon with 1 or fewer digivolution cards, therefore even if your opponent's Digimon with 1 or fewer digivolution cards later enters the battle area, they are still affected by this effect.
Q4: If an opponent's Digimon gains 2 or more digivolution cards after this card's On Play When Digivolving effect activates, can that Digimon now suspend?
