Q1: What position on the memory gauge does "if you have 5 or more memory" refer to?
It refers to when the memory gauge is at 5 or further to the left on your side.
Q2: Do I have to suspend this card and Draw 1 for this card's Start of Your Main Phase effect even if I have 5 or more memory at the timing when the effect activates?
Yes, you must suspend it and Draw 1.
Q3: Can I use this card's End of Your Turn effect to activate a When Digivolving effect on another card that was given a "can't activate When Digivolving effects" effect?
No, you can't. However, if a card with an On Play When Digivolving effect was given a "can't activate When Digivolving effects" effect, you can use this card's End of Your Turn effect to activate that effect as an On Play effect.
Q4: Can I use this card's End of Your Turn effect to activate another card's On Play or When Digivolving effect even if it has used up all of its X Per Turn uses?
