Q1: I have this card in the digivolution cards of a Digimon with Alliance. If that Digimon attacks and I use this card's inherited effect to play a Digimon, can I then use Alliance to suspend the played Digimon?
Yes, you can.
Q2: Do I delete the Digimon that was played by this card's inherited effect at the end of my opponent's turn? And if it isn't deleted, is it still prevented from digivolving?
Yes, it's deleted upon the deletion timing. If it isn't deleted by another effect when it would be deleted by this effect, it's still prevented from digivolving.
Q3: What is the processing order for an effect that triggers at the end of the turn and the deletion of a Digimon played by this card's inherited effect?
The pending processing for the effect that triggers at the end of the turn and the deletion at the end of the turn are considered to be processing that triggers simultaneously. Therefore, the turn player can choose the processing order.
