Q1: 2 copies of this card are in the battle area. A level 4 Digimon with only a level 5 card in its digivolution cards digivolves into a level 5 CS trait Digimon, I activate the Your Turn effect on the 1st copy of this card, and digivolve that Digimon into a level 6 CS trait Digimon. Can I then activate the Your Turn effect on the 2nd copy of this card?
No, you can't. This card's Your Turn effect can only be activated when a Digimon digivolves into a CS trait Digimon and that Digimon has a card with the same level as it in its digivolution cards. In this case, once digivolution is performed using the effect on the 1st copy of this card, there are no level 6 cards in that Digimon's digivolution cards, therefore the Your Turn effect on the 2nd copy of this card can't activate.
