Q1: I activated the Your Turn {{OncePerTurn}} on [[P-117|P-117 Veemon]] when digivolving it and reduced the digivolution cost by 1. If I then activate this card's Main effect and trash a card stacked with that Digimon, can I activate [[P-117|P-117 Veemon]]'s Your Turn {{OncePerTurn}} effect again?
No, you can't activate it. Even if a stacked card is trashed, the X Per Turn limit has already been reached for the activated effect.
