Q1: This card has BT16-016 Patamon in its digivolution cards and attacked an opponent's Digimon that has 1 digivolution card. At such times, can I use BT16-016 Patamon's inherited effect to trash the digivolution card of the opponent's Digimon and then activate this card's Your Turn effect?
No, you can't. This card's All Turns effect triggers when this card attacks an opponent's Digimon with no digivolution cards. It won't trigger if it attacks a Digimon with digivolution cards, therefore you can't activate it.
