Q1: When exactly is the timing for the digivolution bonus draw when a digivolution would occur by this card's Opponent's Turn effect?
You perform the digivolution bonus draw when a card is placed on top of the Digimon to digivolve. A digivolution includes the bonus draw in accordance with the rules. After the card to digivolve is stacked and the digivolution bonus draw is performed, you process the remaining effects.
Q2: If I use this card's Opponent's Turn effect to DNA digivolve, can I activate the DNA digivolved card's When Digivolving effect before processing the part of this card's Opponent's Turn effect after "then"?
No, you can't.
Q3: If a Digimon has an "attack targets can't be changed" effect, can I change its own attack target using Raid or other method?
No, you can't.
