Yes. Only a Xros Heart or Blue Flare trait card can be played.
Q2: I activated this card's All Turns effect, placed cards from this card's digivolution cards under a Tamer, then attempted to play 1 card. If I then choose the cards placed under the Tamer for a DigiXros on the card to be played, can I choose the cards placed under the Tamer by this effect?
